These Terms apply to purchases of digital products from Daily Wiser (https://dailywiser.com), including the Family Emergency Binder + 72-Hour Kit & Pantry Planner. By completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
Digital Product and Delivery
Our products are digital downloads. No physical item will be shipped. After your payment is completed, you get instant access to download your files. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Personal Use License
When you buy a product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own personal and household use. You may:
- Download, print and fill in the files for yourself and your household
- Make copies for your own household, such as a copy for a family member who lives with you or for your go-bag
What Is Not Allowed
- Sharing, reselling, redistributing or giving away the files, in whole or in part
- Uploading the files to websites, shared drives or file-sharing platforms for others to access
- Claiming the files as your own work or using them in products you sell
- Commercial use without our written permission
All content remains the property of Daily Wiser.
Refunds
Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final. The only exception is if a file you purchased is damaged or cannot be opened. In that case, please email hi@dailywiser.com with your order details and a short description of the problem. We will first try to send you a working file, and if we cannot fix the problem, we will issue a refund.

Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Daily Wiser is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or content. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
